If you are willing to buy from NYC and trek the tray to Long Island - there is a place called Sevilla that serves the BEST Paella. So friggin' good.
If you don't want to go that route - Viva La Vida in Oakdale is FANTASTIC!

YAY! The sangria is also fantastic and they don't charge and arm & a leg for food.
