My patience is tapped out.
Ava is really giving me a run for my money, and on top of it, i'm back at work and having to put in all kinds of extra hours and my husband is never around because he works crazy hours. I'm just done. I have no patience left for her attention-seeking behavior. I do my best to give her enough love and patience and attention and it's just not enough. She's rude and spiteful towards me and gives me a hard time about everything. She used to be so wonderful and now she's just so hard to deal with. I'm at my wits end. I just needed to vent. I'm exhausted because she's not sleeping well at night and my husband is working all this weekend, so he's not home on the overnights and then has to sleep all day, so it's just me 24/7 with her and I need a break and can't seem to get one.

Thanks, girls. Ugg. Well, wouldn't you know it, as soon as I typed this, she all-of-a-sudden did a 180 and has been acting normal for a change. She must have realized that I've just about had it. But once my husband wakes up and tries to leave for work it'll be the same thing all over again

Oh Rachel, I totally feel for you. I know exactly what you're going through. I've had a bad cold all weekend & DH was working, then softball w/ the guys & DD was in rare form both days (we couldn't get out b/c I was really not up to it). She also took 2 hours to go to sleep last night, running out of her bed, etc. & has been regressing crying like baby Jack & blowing bubbles from her mouth. I nearly lost it a couple times in the last 2 days; my patience has gone.
