My mom went to a wedding yesterday (I guess Thursday is getting more common)
at St. Pat's in Smithtown...and the worst thing ever happened. The fire alarm went off during the ceremony, they wouldn't stop....the fire department had to come! I guess it was because of the heat. My mom was covering her ears! She said it was so bad, she felt awful! Poor bride.

The fire alarms went off in the church? OMG I would have been so upset!! I hope she was able to laugh about it when all was said and done.

aww! I was nervous that there would be a fire alarm at mine since I had so many guys with their pagers...plus the horn in town is a couple of blocks away...and we had the firetruck there and it would have had to leave!!
was it during a very special part?!
