Mucinex DM 600mg guaifenesin.....
30 mg dextromethorphan HBr....expectorant cough suppressant.....
Is this the right thing??

unless you have a cough you dont need the dm type.. just mucinex
mucinex d is for decongestant and expectorant
mucinex dm is for expectorant and cough

You should get the one with no letters after, and it should just say "Expectorant" on the bottle.

The guaifenesin by Robotussin is really good also. I used that and you could feel all the mucus come up in your throat, I know yucky but down there in you Va jj you feel the difference also.
