Moms with two kids - what diaper bag do you have?
I feel like I am busting at the seams with mine.
In it I carry:
Diapers for Tyler
Wipes
My makeup bag
My wallet
A coupon/gift certificate accordian holder
Things I need to throw in there on a daily basis:
baby food
bibs, burp cloths
disposable bottle and nipple
I carry a powder (4 slot) dispenser just in case (haven't had to use it yet though so maybe I can get rid of this!)
Sippy Cup for Jack
Snacks for Jack
Water for me
Teething rings
Toys for Tyler
Snacks for me now that I'm on Weight Watchers.
HOW THE HECK AM I GOING TO FIND A BAG TO ACCOMDATE ALL OF THIS???????????

Um, that's a lot of crap Diana 
What I carry:
diapers for DS and DD
small container of wipes
sippy for Ds
bottle for DD
2 small snack bags for DS
change of clothes for DD
desitin and mylicon
my wallet (it's very thin)
change purse (that I keep CC cards in)
plus a few other necessities, like a small container for advil and tylenol, lip balm, and hand lotion
I have this bag, and it's tight, but only because it's so structured and has no give:
PPB Cosmopolitan Carryall
If I was going to get a different bag, this is what I would get:
OiOI bag
That, or a skip hop bag

i actually want to down size my diaper bag...
4, size 4 diapers (both my 2 1/2 year old and my 10 month old are in the same size diapers)
wipes
snacks
burp clothes
RTF 8oz formula & nipple
2 sippy cups
i have a kate spade messenger style bag.
which is way to big for me, bc i tend to stuff it with stuff i dont need in it

Currently I put in:
In it I carry:
Diapers for Gregory
Wipes
Changing mat
Bibs
Onesie and pants for Gregory
Bottles (one water and one BM)
Bottle parts (nipples, inserts)
Sleeve of Similac formula (love those little packets)
Sippy Cup for Lucas
Snacks for Lucas
Toys for Lucas
My wallet
Water for me
Coupons in a pocket
Gum
Hand sanitizer
Clorox sheets
I put an extra pair of clothing for Lucas in the car in case he has an accident.

I have the Skip Hop duo double which would be a joke for all the stuff you carry. How about just getting a tote and some individual bottle holders etc.

I used a OiOi bag. It fit everything you listed except I didn't have my makeup bag, disposable nipples and bottles. I also only brought maybe 1 or 2 things for DD to play with. Once DS was potty trained I stopped bringing drinks and snacks because they wanted it right away and I didn't want to have to stop on my way some where because he had to pee.
For some reason why do I remember you having the Gucci diaper bag, am I making this up? If you do, my cousin has twins and only used this bag (FF both also) and still uses it and they are 3.

The bags are by Physion. They were designed as gym bags but caught on as diaper bags because of the many pockets and wipeable fabrics.

In my messanger bag
bibs for baby and 2 extra for Ayla & Amelia
1 jar of baby food and spoon (if I use it I always replace it with a new one)
1 bottle and a small can of powdered formula
bag of kirkland wipes
diapers for baby
onesie and extra outfit for baby
hand sanitizer
a few green bags for dirty diapers
In a separate bag that always stays in the car (it's the just in case we need it bag)
socks
underwear
an extra outfit for each girl.
lightweight jackets
If I pack snacks and sippy cups, they go in a small lunch tote that attaches to my Mommy Hook. LOVE my Mommy Hook!
