Moms who exclusively pump
i exclusively pump... so i was wonder how you stop... obviously my ds is notgoing to self wean because he never actually nurses...

I cut out night time pumps at first, then I started stretchign the time between pumps, to the point I was only doing it twice a day. then I totally stopped. My Breast got really lumpy so I pumped one more time and that was it! just do it slowly, start by cutting out night pumping

Well I pumped exclusively for a year until she was on whole milk. I slowly weaned her...in the beginning I was pumping every 3 hours, then pushed it to every 4 to 6 to 8, until I was down to 2x a day.

At this point I really just want to make it so thta i dont have to pump at work... nasty hospital basement that i work in... yuck.... but i am starting to think that ds may actually benefit from some formula as he is skin and bones.... i dont know... i am on the fence about stopping but it is exhausting waking up all night especially when he sleeps 13 hours at night
