Moms of Boys.....sleeping on belly and leaking diapers!
What do you do for this?
DS has leaked through the last 2 nights because he rolls onto his belly and I guess his weight, as heavy as he is, squeezes the pee pee out of his diap......
I just bought some overnights, ya think that'll help?
I can't be changing sheets everyday!

MY DS has a horrible problem with this!! He leaks out of the Huggies Overnights sometimes but they usually work great!! I put an overnight with a big Luvs on top of it and we are finally dry in the morning!

Yes...my poor DS!!! I have literally spent months trying everything and this is the only thing that works!! But its better than having him wake up at 3 or 4 am with wet pj's and sheets!
But, for most people I think the Huggies Overnights work great!!

wow i thought i was the only one that did this! i use the overnights with luvs on top and he still leaks at least 1 time a week!

Do you make sure his peeshi is facing down? I only had that problem when I wasn't doing that. Rylan sleeps on his belly but doesn't ever leak.

I use diaper doublers, make sure he's pointed down and I used to (when it was really bad) fold the top of the diaper in so it pretty much stopped anything from coming out

Agreed with the peepee being down. Just make sure it's down after every diaper change and you'll be alright!
Also, have you tried getting those disposable waterproof changing pads to put over the sheet? so if it does leak, you don't have to change the sheets, just him?
I used those ugly blue ones from the hospital and then when I ran out, I bought the huggies ones. They were a (sheet) lifesaver!

Timing of this post is EXCELLENT - I have had the same problem the last two nights. I haven't used overnight diapers, but bought the next size and made sure they were tight.
So I need to get the overnights and make sure Peeshie is down. I am going to have to put the sheet saver back on the crib.

Sometimes the overnights would leak for us. Make sure his peesh is pointing down when you put the diaper on. Also, maybe you need to go up a size.

I used a reg diaper and a pull up. He doesn't seem to do it anymore now that he is older.

OMGosh!!! I have a 13 month old DS and I cannot believe I have NEVER thought to make sure his peeshi is pointing down....
