microdermabrasion? chemical peel? what is it even
what are these things? are they painful? i need to do something to smooth out my skin, the bumps are just annoying as hell. its not acne but just bumps.
anyone go to a med spa? is it all just hype and $$$? or does this crap really work. help

i don't know all the ins and outs of it all... but...
i joined a facelift group on FB and a lot of the people there get a CO2 peel. it's a laser resurfacing procedure. from the pictures i've seen, it's magic!!
if you want to join the group and poke around all the info that is shared there, the name of the group is "Face Lift Info and Support."

I’ve had microdermabrasion done -I forget how many sessions. It was before my wedding, about 10 yrs ago. I do remember it didn’t hurt. I do not remember thinking it made any huge difference, but if I recall, I felt like it made my skin look more “refreshed”, which was what I was looking for
