Meals to make ahead of time and freeze?
My good friend was just injured in a car accident and it is hard for her to stand for long periods of time. I want to make her some meals to keep in her freezer so she can still have home cooked meals in a short period of time. What are some things I can make for her to put in her freezer? Recipes are appreciated!

pulled pork
lasagna
baked ziti
chicken parm or chicken marsala (wouldn't leave in freezer more than 2 weeks)
sweet and sour chicken
