Mascara that won’t run??
I have yet to find a mascara that does not give me raccoon eyes by the end of the day. Can you recc your mascara that will absolutely NOT run?

I use a couple of different waterproofs with no issue. Are you looking for waterproof or regular?

I have to say I've never had that issue. But some of my favorite mascaras are Two Faced Better Than Sex, Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir, Maybelline Falsies, Rimmel Scandal Eyes.

I've never had problems with my mascara. Are you sure it's not your eyeliner?

I use Tarte Tarteist. I love it. Comes off easily at night, but doesn't smudge. It's not waterproof

I've never had problems with my mascara. Are you sure it's not your eyeliner?
That's what I was thinking. I use Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash and have no issues.

I use the same one. It's great. OP, are you sure it's not your eyeliner?

My favorite mascara is by Wander beauty
It’s amazing
It doesn’t run or clump
I can’t live without it and believe me I have tried EVERY mascara
