Madonna half time show!
Madonna looks great but is it just me or didn't she look so uncomfortable dancing?? IMO looked awkward!

she has an amazing body and looked great...but the first half was all lip synced until she got to like a prayer...and i HATE her new song...did u see she almost fell on the bleachers?

Yep...I felt bad for her, and was glad she didn't fall! Her new song is terrible!! I think she is trying to be 20 again!!

I thought it was great. I actually respected that she was wearing clothes and not trying to look 20 again. Best half time in years!

nope, not just you, I thought so too.
I'm not a fan of her, I think she sounds terrible and her dancing skills are even worse. But she looks good .

i have to say that i didnt watch it. i listened to it as i danced with dd. so i really enjoyed it.
those songs were such a blast from the past. it was a nice throw back to my childhood.

She stole She-Ra's crown, She almost fell like 5 times & her new song is horrible. But the stage graphics and special effects were really cool.
It think LMFAO probably would've done a better job as a single act.

I just posted about this on the other board. I liked it in general but I thought the new song was totally ridiculous. She is too old to be pulling off a high school cheerleading routine. I also thought it sounded like the Avril Lavigne song "Boyfriend".
She looks fricken fabulous though.

ITA. Didn't like it, but then again, I'm not a Madonna fan so I wasn't expecting to. I think she looked a little out of place with that whole set up, like she was too old to be trying to pull off the whole cheerleading thing and her dancing on the floor, no thank you. Love me some Nicki Minaj though!

I was very disapointed I found it not the least bit entertaining and botox seems to have affected her ability to move her body as well:) I was not imporessed there was way too much hype about her performing and to me it was a let down. Other than the special effects and lighting I was bored.

im a huge madonna fan but i did not care for her perfomance last night. lots of posing and walking
imo what made madonna was that fact that she was a great dancer/entertainer. i could care less for her voice
shes in her 50s. she takes care of her body and has the coin to take care of her face.
might be time to retire and let us fans remember how you were. jmo

I think she looked amazing and I loved her older stuff but hated the new song.
I did think she looked a bit off and couldn't seem to get into the dance moves at all. It was like watching a bad Cheerleeding audition. She just couldn't quite get the moves right.

Wow we got a tough crowd here! Give the woman a break. I don't even care much about her or her music, but she is an icon in pop culture due to her ability to adapt her style over the years and maintain (some sort of) staying power. You got to hand it her; she is 50+ and did some moves last night that I will never be able to do

I watched it this morning and enjoyed it, but I think she looked like she was struggling! At some points I thought I heard her hips creaking!
Her new song is such a load of shite...its totally ripped off from this girl Nicola Roberts song, which in turn is ripped off from a M.I.A song...I probably should say inspired by...

She was dancing with a pulled hamstring.
The stadium is SO loud (you can barely hear yourself) and it's so hard to sing and move/dance for 15 minutes straight. I don't blame her for lip syncing any part of this.
The guy on the tight rope during "Music" was sick. What she did with "Open Your Heart" was cool. I don't like the new song either, but I liked her performance overall.

I loved the show but I definitely noticed something was off in the beginning... seeing people say it was a pulled hamstring - that makes perfect sense.
I said to DH that I thought she wasn't well.. hamstring explains it.
I also LOVED that she covered it up - her body is better than mine and she's got about 15 years on me, but she's in her 50s and it's time to put it away. She's still sexy though. Mariah should take note!
My DD's pre-k teacher had me cracking up this morning.. she said I don't know who the Giants or the Patriots are, but they opened for Madonna so they must be good! 
Clearly, I'm a fan and I always will be.
