Hey Janice!
The inspection went well - a couple of items, but nothing that scares us away! We just received the report yesterday, so we are sending it to the seller's agent today with our request for repairs.
Things are moving along! Appraisal for the bank next week, walk through on 28th, and closing scheduled for 9am on the 29th!!!
