Looking for a Wall Unit

We have been looking for a nice black wood wall unit for two years now! lol

The kicker is we need a Wall Unit that can hold a 62" TV or bigger..

We have looked at raymore and flannigans, Macys, etc.. With no luck. They are either too small or not black!

Any help would be great.

I think we might eventually have to have something made!!! LOL

Is your TV wall mounted? Is it too big for that? It looks like you might need something custom. Good luck!!Chat Icon

Re: Looking for a Wall Unit

how about this guy?

It says it's made of wood AND veneers so I don't know the quality...

Try Out of the Box in Islip - they have some substantial pieces and most are made-to-order.

The rooms to go would have been great but that is only for like a 50 somthing inch. we need over 60' :(... I know this is soo frustrating..

lol thats why it has taken us so long.

We have browns and greens, earth tones in our condo, but our couch, furniture and table is black, so we dont think we can do the wall unit in anything else but black Chat Icon

Cute! .. Have you ever bought furniture like that before from crate and barrel?

A friend did once said it was not nice quality..

I know how annoying am I lol.. This is why we have been looking for two years.

If I could just not have to get black this would be soooooo much easier..

Re: Looking for a Wall Unit

Honestly, I think the space where you have the TV is kinda tight for a full wall unit if you wanted it to have side shelves also. I really like the JCP stand that someone posted above. If you need additional shelves maybe some floating ones.
