Employee will act as a Project Lead Coordinator, responsible for oversight of small to medium internal and external projects. The purpose of the Project Lead Coordinator is to manage customer communications and expectations as well as monitoring individual project budget to actual goals. Additionally, the Project Lead Coordinator is responsible for scheduling resources and planning for future resource needs
Job Responsibilities:
· Run small to medium projects from initial SOW to completion
· Work with Service Directors and Service Managers to define resource requirements and schedule for project implementations
· Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals and milestones. Develop project deliverable documents where applicable
· Evaluate project progress and make recommendations in order to keep projects on time and under budget
· Coordinate project engineering team
· Identify and solve project issues
· Keep management informed of any issues related to projects, work with vendors, customers and internal resources in order to resolve issues
· Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope to ensure timely completion
· Review and make recommendations on deliverables prepared by the engineering team before passing to client
· Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards
· Minimize our exposure and risk on project
· Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
· Manage project budget and customer expectations in order to avoid cost overruns
· Work with customers to obtain signoff on project documentation
· Ensure project legal documents are completed and signed

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Education and Experience:
• 4 year College degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in an operations and/or project management role in an IT environment
· Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes
