Letter for nanny or daycare?
I'm having someone come over and watch my DD for 2 days a week. Should I write something stating that I give her permission to ok medical treatment if I am not available? How do I word that?

I'm not sure. I don't know what would be recognized by a medical provider other than a Health Care Proxy. Maybe the ped's office can help.
