Legoland Discovery Center Boston
Has anyone been here?
If so, is it appropriate for a 5 year old boy?
We are visiting my ILs near Boston next weekend and someone suggested we go here. Not sure if it was worth it or not.
If not, any other ideas? We've been to the aquarium and children's museum in the past.

I haven't been to the Boston one, but I have been to the one in Westchester and I believe they are very similar. It's perfect for a 5-year old!

I’ve heard mixed reviews about the LEGO Discovery Centers.
We really like the Science Museum.

Agree cc Discovery center: it’s NOT an amusement park, but it’s something nice and fun to do. 5-8 is probably target age. I took a bunch of kids to the one in Westchester all 8 yo and they loved it.
Loved the science museum: really well done. Be sure to see the electric show. Its a big museum.
There is a new playground by the children’s museum that is really a destination in itself.
Duck tours is really cute and fun to do.

We went. It was okay. If I had paid for it, I would’ve been disappointed. My 5 year old liked it but definitely didn’t love it. We lasted 2 hours.
