I have narrow heels so I have a hard time, but I am wearing a pair today. This is a little gross but, as long as I'm barefoot in them (no peds or stockings, etc) they stay on because my feet stick to them.

I have trouble with the backs. There's a gap where my heel should be. I may try a pair with elastic in the back. I think Jcrew has suede ones like this.
