Kids birthday parties
I don't know what I should do...my step-daughter is going to be 9....we made invitations on the computer and she gave them out to her friends at school before it ended. I put our address and phone number with an RSVP date on it. I haven't heard from any parents....the party is this Saturday. She said only 2 kids are coming (ones that she see's at camp everyday). Should I call these other kids parents and see if they are planning on coming? I'm going to feel awful if only 2 kids show up to a birthday party

I would definitely call the parents. Since she handed them out and didn't mail them its very possible in the commotion of school ending the other kids forgot about the invitation and they're still in their backpacks!

I would callthe parents I agree the kids probably never gave the parents the invite or just threw it out thinking it was old papers.
Also call some o f the parents of the kids she goes to camp with see if they would come

Ok....I'm chicken...I made DH call 
Got 2 definite yes's...and left 3 messages. I feel better...at least there will be about 6 kids or so, not 2. Thanks ladies.
