Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump on Wednesday fired Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
"At your request I am submitting my resignation," Sessions wrote in a letter to White House chief of staff John Kelly.
Matthew Whitaker will take over as acting attorney general, the President said.
Whitaker is expected to take charge of the the Russia investigation and special counsel Robert Mueller from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

I think he's desperately trying to stop the Mueller investigation before January....
He is sooo acting like a guilty child caught eating candy....

Do you think without Sessions he'll be able to put a kibosh on the investigation?

I think he's going to try, but I don't think he'll be able to. If anything, it will be just one more obstruction of justice charge against him.

ITA!!!!! 100%!!!! He thinks by getting rid of Sessions before the Dems take over he'll be able to shut down Mueller. He is coming off guilty as sin and he's running scared. Time's up $hit bag....................they are coming for you!
