Is this common with toddlers and food
DS is 17 months and for the past few days is giving me a hard time about eating. He isn't sick (he is getting over a cold and had a follow up visit yesterday) and I don't think he is teething. Yesterday all he ate was 1 banana, 2 yogurts, 3 slices of american cheese and some animal crackers. Today so far it is 2 banana's, 1 yogurt, some animal crackers 1/2 slice of pizza. I hope it is just a phase and he snaps out of it fast.

My 2yr old eats maybe 1-2 time per day when I told the ped he told me don't worry mom "A child will not starve themself" they will eat when they want. Hope that helps
