Is there a way for HBO to prevent...
me taping the Sopranos premiere last night?
My parents don't have cable so I said I would tape it for them..and when I checked the tape this AM, it cut off just as the show was beginning. I know I had the tape in correct (rewound to the beginning) and the time and channel set correctly. I mean, it would make sense if they did do that, but is it possible

No, besides...we taped it with no problem. Maybe there was something wrong with your tape.

When I was watching it the beginning was all weird and went out fast forward a couple of seconds it might be there.
