Is it too late to send out birth announcements...
... at 10 weeks old?! 
When I was pg, I always planned to send them out right after the baby was born. Little did I know how busy I would be!!!

I don't think it's too late. People understand that life with a newborn is hectic & spare time no longer exists. I'd still send them.

Not at all. I sent mine out when my ds was 3 months old. People should realize that you are super busy now. Enjoy and celebrate the birth of your baby!!
