I wouldn't say it's bad, but you should do it soon. DH made me pack mine at 35 weeks, although I still have to put clothes for the baby in it.

I didn't have mne packed and I went 3 weeks to the due date! But I did have a few things laying out - that I planned to pack. As my water borke, DH and I were doing laundry so I had clean bras and undies to take with me.

I also went 3 weeks early and had my bag half packed! I still forgot a few things, but DH had brought them to me the next day!

I would pack it now. Three weeks? That means you are 37 wks? That means you can go at any time now, you are considered full term!
