Is is just me or does this not make sense...
I was actually reading the back of the beechnut cereal box yesterday and it tells you what age you can feed your baby the stage 1,2, and 3 jars. Now for stage 3 it says something along the lines of if you baby is 8 months and can sit on her won, etc. Then at the end of the paragraph it says continue feeding them stage 2. If it says you can give them stage 3 at 8 months then why would then they say to continue with stage 2?

I guess maybe so you don't stop the stage two's this way there is more variety? I don't know...
Michael never had Stage 3's... he hated them. They were too thick and gross.

My son wasn't to thrilled with stage 3 either. He ate mostly stage 2's and some stage 3's.
