I usually lurk on here, but I know of one.
My next door neighbor's son and his wife have been trying for a long time. They had 9 IVFs, 5 miscarriages (several right around 3 months) and 2 weeks ago they told us that they are almost 4 months along with twins! I'm so excited for them, it's been such a long road.

I had my DD on my 3rd try (IVF all fresh cycles).
We are currently trying for our 2nd and have already done a natural FET cycle (BFN).

After 2 years of trying for #2, we finally got pregnant on our own the 1st cycle after having an HSG. (And this was months after 4 failed rounds of clomid and 3 failed IUIs).
Point of my story: Make sure you have that HSG early on!!! I would have probably been pregnant a year earlier had I had it done when I was "should" have.

One of my good friends was TTC for 4 years...she finally decided to go to the IF dr and they scheduled her for an HSG...turns out she had a blocked tube. She got pregnant the next month.

after 2 and a half years of trying, 6 unsuccessful IUI's, one IVF...ended in m/c, and now have 10 month old twing boys from a FET

for me, TTC for almost 2 yrs, 1m/c, discovery of MTHFR and endometriosis and luteal phase deficincy . Had a laprascopy and started metformin along with baby aspirin, folic, etc.
Had 1 month to try "naturally" and nailed it. We were sheduled to start IUI the fillowing month.

Hi,
So does my husband. We just found out he has a very low sperm count when all along I thought I had the fertility issue. We are just starting the process of dealing with it. We've gone to a fertility specialist and now they sent him to a Urologist. Did you have to use ICSI along with IVF. That is what they are saying is probably the only way to go. Seeking any advice I can get!!
