I'm SO ready to evict this little baby!!!!!!..............

.............I'm exhausted most of the day now, my ankles and feet are swollen all of the time, my pelvis hurts constantly, I can hardly sleep at night because I am so uncomfortable......I am just ready!!! Annoying for me, I technically have 6 weeks left. I don't know how I am going to last. I'm just really wiped out and wanting to be done now. Anyone else in the 3rd tri feeling as done as me???

I am feeling all of your pain, due date twin! I can still hold out a little longer, but 6 more weeks of this seems impossible! I can't even get up or walk half of the time

Re: I'm SO ready to evict this little baby!!!!!!..............

Yessssssssssssss
I feel like each night I get worse and worse sleep.

It takes me so long to get ready in the morning because I get wiped out just putting my pants on.

I ache from head to toe. Even my cuticals hurt. I wish I could just give this kid an eviction notice. I've tried to get my doctor to get this kid out now and he just smiles and tells me not much longer.

I cant wait till little meatball gets here

I hear ya. I feel pretty good for the most part but having trouble breathing and finding a good position to sit and sleep. I sleep pretty well though which is good. I use my snoogle and my snoogle is my best friend. Chat Icon

My feet are starting to swell slightly but the more water you drink its not that bad.

Re: I'm SO ready to evict this little baby!!!!!!..............

for me, yes and no

After last weekend's digestion issues, I realize how incredibly vulnerable I am... (one little bout of diahrea will put me out for 2 whole days?!) I'm really uncomfy getting out of chairs and bed, and my belly strains to carry all of this weight (muscles pulling, sore)....

BUT, there's still a lot on the to-do list... and I won't be able to do ANY OF IT once Scone is here.... so stay put scone... mommy will waddle through these chores!

You have to ask?Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Seriously, I am done. I am so wiped out.

But I don't know what I am having a harder time dealing with...

1) Not knowing WHEN she will come

or

2) Not knowing HOW she will come

I am really just ready to enjoy her. I want to see her face.

Oh good.....it's not just me. I've had a nice pregnancy up until these last few weeks and now I'm feeling tortured quite honestly. I feel like I have a lot to do before he/she gets here BUT I feel like I am a 100 years old. The aches and pains are annoying, dealing with the GD is wearing thin on me.........I'm doing everything I'm suppose to and things are looking good and them WHAM-O!!.........there go my sugars AGAIN!!! Freakin' hormones!!! I spend my life thinking about insulin and food. I HATE it!! I'm at the OB EVERY week now 2X/week for monitoring because of the GD and although the baby is healthy (although a little big) today for the first time there was protein in my urine. Now on top of everything else I have to do this stupid 24 urine collection and look for signs of pre-eclampsia. Mind you, my blood pressure has been awesome and low the whole pregnancy, my ankles are swollen but nothing out of the ordinary, and I feel fine. It's like really......what else must I deal with???? So back to my original point.........................

BABY!!!!.................GET OUT!!!!! Chat Icon

Chat Icon I TOTALLY hear you with the GD thing. my #'s were awesome until about a week ago. now I can eat fewer and fewer things, and my morning #'s are starting to go up Chat Icon They're now at about 90-93 when before they were closer to 80-84.... somehow I suspect I'll be on insulin soon Chat Icon

It IS super annoying. My shower is coming up soon, and my mom is so non-chalant about the food she's ordering... she's acting as if I can eat anything, and isn't listening to my dietary crisis stories. I very well may have to pack food for my own shower... sigh.

Re: I'm SO ready to evict this little baby!!!!!!..............

September 5th can not come fast enough!!! (my c-section date)

I may not be ready at home for her but I am SO uncomfortable, I can't sleep, when I get up (out of bed or up out of a chair) I feel like she is going to fall right out of me and I am sick of this GD diet. Thankfully I am don't have swollen feet or ankles...yet I can't bend over with out losing my breath.

If she came early she could sleep in her pack n play until she could get into her room...her big sister's room isn't ready yet.

I agree!! Just enjoy your shower......one day won't kill you. It's funny, I said all along I as going to not worry the day of my shower and I ate but nothing crazy.....chicken, potatoes, small piece of cake. Well, I had the most amazing #'s ALL day long, EVERY meal. It was so weird. Then at night I was starved and gave in and ate 2 slices of pizza which is usually a HUGE no-no but I didn't care for that one day.............my sugars were AWESOME after that meal!!! It was just weird, I tried to be bad but I still came out good. Chat Icon Just enjoy!!!.........it's only 1 day.

Re: I'm SO ready to evict this little baby!!!!!!..............

ok, I'll bend the rules that afternoon.....

FYI, I noticed that thin crust pizza is ok for me....especially if there are a lot of (unbreaded) toppings... all of the fat slows the carb absorption Chat Icon same with my favorite bobby flay burgers.

brilliant!

I am DYING to try that burger place....it's right across the street from me. I am trying to hold out though because I know myself well enough to know that I want fries and a shake and forget it...............that would blow my sugars out of the water!! Chat Icon That's on my list of places to try AFTER the baby is out!! Chat Icon

Re: I'm SO ready to evict this little baby!!!!!!..............

My thing is that I feel prety okay, but I am ready to meet this little munchkin!!! I am starting to have trouble sleeping at night b/c I wake up in order to flip over. Last night I thought my belly was filled with bricks b/c it was so heavy. My feet continue to hurt as I walk around, although they aren't swollen...which is so strange Chat Icon .

The thing that is killing me is that I am starting to mentally check out at work and I am really NOT in a position to do that. I am caught up on all my paperwork, but I am still responsible to meet with my 8 boys for therapy, facilitate group therapy, deal with the kid's/families issues, and make sure things are running smoothly. Luckily, I work with an amazing team and they keep me going. But, today in particular was a rough day. I hope tomorrow is better.

Despite all my complaining Chat Icon I am simply just ready too. I'm just dying to know if it's a Chat Icon or a Chat Icon . I'm nervous about delivery though!! I know how you must feel about work, I was checking out towards the end of the school year. Luckily I've been off now since June so I've had a lot of time to just relax and get ready before the baby arrives. Hang in there.........you only have 3 weeks to go!! Hope you've been practicing your lamaze. Chat Icon It won't be long now and hopefully I'll be right behind you. Crossing my fingers for a bit of an early arrival. Chat Icon

Re: I'm SO ready to evict this little baby!!!!!!..............

I am being induced next Tuesday night, and I am so sick of being pregnant!

My feet have gotten so big that they literally broke my last remaining pair of shoes.... I felt like the Incredible Hulk when he was in the middle of changing.... just bursting the straps of my sandals..... I expected my skin to turn green and my shorts and top to tear next!

I had to wake up my husband the other night in order for him to give me a push to get out of bed to pee.... I literally could not move my gigantic body!!

I am the poster child for miserable pregnancies, but I am still very scared, and very overwhelmed at the uncertainty of labor, blood pressurer issues, birth, etc.
