Im so emotional today
I dont have my period and its not coming. Im just ready to cry at any moment. DH and i had a dumb fight and we made up but im still sad that we fought. My summer hasnt been AT ALL what i wanted it to be and Im just BLAH.
Sorry...just needed to vent

I have had days like that where I am consciously thinking: pull it together, it's all fine, yet I walk around wanting to cry at the drop of a hat.

This might sound like dumb advice but.....cry! Sometimes I feel better afterwards. It's quite cleansing!

ITA...sometimes you just need a good cry! let it out...try to relax...take a bath, drink a glass of wine...read a book...this day is almost over!
