I'm not sure if I belong over here yet...
but I'm pretty sure I'll be joining you guys at some point.
I had an appt on Tuesday due to pain I was having during intercourse. Well, my doctor did find something during the exam and sent me to the Radiologist. I had ultrasounds done today, and I have 4 large cysts growing off of my right ovary and they might be pushing into my left ovary. With my PG with my son they found a large cyst growing off of the same ovary when I was about 7 weeks PG. That went away during my PG and they removed what was left of it (which wasn't much) during the C-section. The biopsy was inconclusive for being Endometriosis. I was never told that's what was found I was just told that it was nothing to worry about. Anyway, the cysts they found today the Radiologist is pretty certain it's Endometriosis. The cysts have debri in them. I had a gut feeling that, that's what the problem was, but was hoping for better news. So now I don't know what to think or how to feel. This all just came out of nowhere. We're meeting with my OB/GYN on Wednesday (wish it was sooner) to go over the results and my options. I'm pretty sure I'll have to have a LAP done as well. I guess I'll find out what she thinks is best then.  Oh... and to top off my day, there's a good chance that I might even lose my right ovary. That and Endo... it just gets better and better.
I've read so much about it online, but I would like to get some opinions from you if there is anyone on here that has Endometriosis. I appreciate you listening!

I am so sorry to hear all of this...Hopefully, you Dr. will have some options. It's not all negative. There is a girl on another board that I go to who had endo, lost an ovary due to an ectopic and is now VERY PG...and this is all since January!
Keep you chin up, I hope you have positive news next week.

I had a grapefruit size tumor removed from my right ovary when I was 15. They removed most of my ovary. They left such a small piece of the ovary that a few doctors have told me that I only had one after being examined. Anyway, I was always worried about having problems getting pregnant. I was fortunate enough to get pregnant my second month of trying with only one full functioning ovary. Keep your chin up. You'll be in my thoughts.
