I'm heading back to the gym tomorrow
I joined our local gym because they have babysitting and will take Jack so tomorrow morning I'm going to Step and Sculpt!
Please pray that I make it through the class.. I haven't used a step since like 1992 when I had my Reebok step and was doing the Cindy Crawford workout!
Also pray my son doesn't have a meltdown during the class... well unless it's during a part that I'm about to have one! lol

Good luck! I used to do an advanced step class at Bally's in Rockville Centre. I did the class so much I remembered all the steps in my head. I used to leave the class soaked!
