If you've used Lotrimin on DC
for a yeast infection on their rear, how long did it take to get better? DS was on antibiotics & git a terrible diaper rash. The ped told me to put lotrimin on twice daily. It's been a few days (started Friday) but it hasn't gotten any better. Should I call the ped again tomorrow or wait a few more days?

I would call again tomorrow because when it happens to Ava, and I use Lotrimin, it clears up in a day or so.

I agree with Rachel. It usally only took a day or two. If it took longer than that, I usually needed a prescription.

It should clear up in a day or so. Maybe you need Nystatin (prescription).
