IF you shower is not a surprise, what time do you plan on getting there?
Just wondering, since I know about my shower, do I show up later than the guests or not? WWYD?

I plan on going early! I also knew about my bridal shower and was there b4 the guests arrived....I liked it better that way- i was there to greet them!

Were having mine at my house considering im the only one that owns a house and it is just easier it being dead of winter and all. So I shall be here before teh guests arrive. Kinda of bummed about having it this way but prollly for the best considering financial situations

I was there about an hour early for my NY shower, and it was great because it gave me some time to hang out with my family, who were there early, too. Once the guests started arriving, I feel like it was all a blur and I didn't get to circulate as much as I had wanted to!

My shower was at noon...my mom had dh bring me at about 12:20. Even though it wasn't a surprise my mom wanted the theme and other stuff to be a surprise

Same here. That's what I did for my bridal shower and I was going to do the same thing for the baby shower.

I haven't thought about it. Although the date is not a surprise, the place is. Which has me thinking, who is going to drive me and at what time. I would like to get there early.

I never understood showing up late when it's NOT a surprise - My cousin's wife did this for her Bridal and Baby shower ...........why? I don't want a surprise b/c it's just SO much easier to greet everyone as they come in the door !
