I ask about it, they are usually very open. As far as I have seen with DS's old daycare they were usually very small things that were changed/fixed immediately, while the inspector was there. Plus the daycare even offered to put me in touch with the inspector if I was concerned, which was nice.

I would definitly ask about it and make my decision based on the way the answer and/or for what the violation was for. Some are for very minor things and others not. Also depending on how open and honest they are about it can also give you an insight to the daycare and how its run and the people you are leaving in charge of your children.

I asked them about it. A lot of them have to do with paper work and minor things like that.
