If I thaw frozen breast milk
How long can it stay in a bag with an ice pack?

Previously frozen milk may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours after it has finished thawing. Do not refreeze.

i would say that i wouldn't keep it in a bag like that for more than 6-8 hours since it isn't as cold as a fridge.
