I need to hear some Clomid success stories...
This is my first month on Clomid, and so far, things are looking really good.
BUT...
I am not doing the IUI. My RE never suggested it--I guess being my first month TTC on the meds, she didn't deem it necessary.
I guess I just need to hear some success stories to keep my outlook positive. So, if you have 'em, can you please share to cheer me up?

I did Clomid w/ the IUI and got pg on the first try. I know that might not help, but I have heard of a few people who did it solo and got pregnant rather quickly with it. I'm sure they will have you move towards adding something with it should you go 2-3 cycles with no success, so either way, you are increasing your chances!! Good luck!!

Good luck and keeping thinking positive! I did a very low dose of Clomid and it worked the second try with IUI (also the cycle after my HSG and first cycle with a trigger). I think if you want an IUI and feel it is a reasonable next step, then you should be your own advocate. Then again, I hope this cycle works and you don't have to think about that!

I used clomid (without IUI) and have a happy and healthy 16 month old  . It took me a few months with clomid and we needed to up the 50 to 100mg. But DS is here....so DS is a success story!
Good luck and the best advice I can give you is to take the pill(s) right before you go to bed to avoid as many side effects as possible (hot flashes, moodiness).
