She has been sick since April 08. She had to cancel Christmas for the first time in my 29 years. She went to the hospital and has pneumonia.
They sent her for a cat scan to see if anything else was going on and they found a nodule on her lung. We don't know what this means yet, but they are sending her for another one next month to see if it grew. If it did who know what is going to happen. It could be cancer or not.
I'm so upset and to sum it up, she didn't even tell me. I had to hear this from my sister who by the way called to yell at me about it. What am I supposed to do? This is the first I have ever heard about this.
Please pray that she will be okay, I don't know what I would do without her.
my 76 year old grandmother (she is 78 now ) had the SAME thing. turned out that the nodule was lung cancer, but they caught it super early (i think it was 1 or 2 centimeters across). she had part of her lung removed, didn't need any chemo or radiation, and is perfectly healthy now!
