I cant believe this happened to me twice (I hate my car)
Today i was driving home from work i made all the way to Rockypoint, I was on my way to cvs and all of a sudden my car stopped working, But before it did stop i was able to pull into The kohls shopping center and parked it in the parking lot... The battery and oil light came on... I called dh at work and told him what happened and he came to pick me up around 5:30pm.. He tried to start my car again and it wouldn't start.. I'm p-od now because "I" really dont want to put any more money into this car... Its a honda civic 98, I think it's time for a new car..Seriously. I guess we will get it towed and see what the problem is, If it is expensive dh and i will have to talk about other options. Thanks for letting me vent..

Sorry that happen to you Ro. It was nice to see you. I am glad he was able to come get you so quickly. I will be at work after 8:30 tomorrow, so if you still need AAA let me know

Are you sure you are able to do that??? I have to get my car towed in port jeff. I will talk to dh about it... Thank you Janet.

Yes... Ihad no problem this morning and leaving work, But as soon as i got to rockypoint, That is where i got stuck.

Oh, that stinks. DH and I got stuck at the oyster festival this year. Way after it ended too. We went for dinner and drinks with friends. We were EXHAUSTED when we got home.

Oh i also forgot to tell you ladies and gent that this happened to me before around maybe 3 or 4 year's ago going to work, I had to call dh and he had to come and check my car out and we tried to see if it was the battery, I dont remember what the problem was, But i did get a ride to work by a police officer, Dh had to go to work and the officer told him dont worry i'll bring her.

Sounds like you need a new battery or your alternator is bad.

I definitely think it's the alternator. Sorry, that totally sucks. And I definitely feel your pain... my car recently died and we've been on the hunt for a new one.
