I can't believe I am typing this... UPDATE ON PG 2
I think I am having a miscarriage.
I have been bleeding with cramping on the lower right side since last night. The bleeding is getting heavier now and the cramping has spread over most of my abdomen.
I am so numb. I just can't believe this is happening. I was at my 10 year reunion last night when I noticed the spotting.  
I am just waiting until 9 am and then I will call my midwifes cell phone.

I'm sorry, hope all is ok - don't assume you are miscarrying until you get checked out. Hopefully, it is just normal first tri bleeding (many women bleed and go on to have normal pregnancies). When I m/c, I had no bleeding, so just don't know.
