I am slowly losing my mind
I have cried about 8 times today. Been a b!tch to about just everyone I have encountered. I feel like I am never going to get any relief.
It's not like I can even look forward to sleeping and nighttime because that's when the pain is at it's worst.
I know this will all go away and it really is just my nerves making me so on edge. I am so scared! Petrified really of what is going to go on over the next few days.
Sorry to be such a constant complaining annoying beeotch - I just need to let it out somewhere and if I talk then I cry so that's no good!

Thanks! And, DH just does not understand one bit. He comes home like everything is all normal and I should be locked up in the loony bin. Ummmm - hello - I am about to have a BABY - I have no idea what is going to go on in the next few days/weeks/months - just try and understand a little bit where I am coming from!!!!!

Its gonna be ok. Diana, I was TERRIFIED of what was going to happen and in the end, it was actually ( besides needing a c section) ok...the contractions etc when they came, I was ok. Excitment took over.
Your " not knowing" phase is making you crazy.
Can you prop yourself on the bed/couch etc and just Veg till tommorow or whenever? Watch movies? Try to find a comfy position and sleep?
SLEEP NOW! Any way you can.
I wish I knew how to make sleep more comfy for you.
Its gonna be over befor e you know it.
I know everyone says that and its sooo annoying...but today I looked at my flat belly and mourned having my baby in there( after that HELL of a pregnancy).....Can you even imagine that?
Hang in there...VENT away!

 You are a sick sick woman!!! LOL! I know I will miss him being in my belly - I was thinking that today as he was kicking the crap out of me!
I just always thought I would def. go early and this is just killing me that he's not here yet.
And yes, the anticipation of labor is enough to send someone over the edge.
The problem with sleeping is that since his body is completely on my right side (my belly is literally lopsided when you look at it) That all of the pressure is on my right. So, I can't lay on that side at all - and it kills to lay on my back. It's ok if I am on my left side - but only for a short period of time.

I almost did tonight. Along with some crazy beeotch at Target. She's lucky I didn't ram my car into hers. All I kept thinking was "If I get into a fight with this woman - that HAS to send me into labor"

I just wanted to point out that trying to pick a fight with someone so you go into labor does not qualify as SLOWLY losing your mind.
You're already there.
And in a few days, you'll have lost any remaining sanity & be completely crazy in love with the little boy in your arms.
Hang in there...days, days, days left & you're all done!
Also this is completely premature but my friend that went 10 days late, went 10 days early with her second baby.
