My dh just called me and told me this story. A guy he works with, his friend has a 2 year old. The dc woke up and was off. Couldnt walk right, kept falling, etc. The family went to a party and dc was just not right. They took him to the hospital. It turns out the LO has actue brain damage. They do not know how or why yet.
This is so sad. I do not know this family but it hurts my heart. Life is so precious. We take it for granted. I can not stop thinking about this family. I have 2 boys and this would destroy my world. I just know i have to enjoy every moment with them bc sadly, it could all be gone tomorrow. :(
