How much does your 1 year old eat?
So ds just turned one a few weeks ago and i am just wondering where all the food goes...
for breakfast he had a full banana, a scrambled egg, and a 1/2 a bowl of cheerios.... is that alot or is it just me?

DS is like this (since he's been on solids actually) --- he eats an enormous breakfast every day,a light lunch and a really nice portion for dinner.
Typical Breakfast:
1. Bowl of cereal, 1 large banana, piece of toast with cream cheese.
2. English Muffin, Apple Sauce, 6 oz yogurt
3. Spinach & Cheese Omelet (approx 1-1/2 eggs), 2 pieces of toast, banana
etc ...
this is in addition to 8 oz milk & crackers before he sits down for breakfast...

Wow and my MIL complains that I feed her too much, she isn't a big breakfast person, she is a big dinner person...
Breakfas is usually a waffle, or some cottage cheese and fruit or one egg and half an avacado, she's 10 months

i do have to clarify that the bowl of cereal is a 1/2 of a soup bowl.... he eats the same for everymeal and i just start to wonder where he puts it all....
