how much do you pay a year for car insurance?
My premium just went up and I am a little aggravated (jsut b/c of rising prices, nothing to do with my driving record) We have 2 cars with collision and are paying $1600 a year. Does this sound about average? WE both have clean records.

I pay more then that for 6 months for 2 cars and one is covered as a pleasure car
this is in Nass and I had 1 accident and a ticket 3 years ago

$1800 ish for me per yr and I have one mini acc under my belt.
Sounds right.
Cant hurt to price around...call up some places...you can get some comparisons.

about 1500 for dh and I, we live in NC
this is for full coverage and uninsured motorist coverage as well

We pay about $2000/year for two cars with full collision. We get screwed a bit because we are young.

mine is approx $1100 a year on an '08 Acura TL
eta: full coverage - with $250 deductibles on comp and collision

Wow, I thought ours was cheap. Guess I was wrong! We pay $2,900 per year for full coverage on 2 vehicles - both 2008 and one is an SUV. I have a speeding ticket and 2 accidents on my record though (one was a hit and run while my car was at home). I am 25 and DH is 28 so our age prob works against us also.

approx $1850/yr for
2006 SUV
2003 "sports car"
full cov ($200 comp, $500 collision deductibles)
no tickets or accidents
good credit and payment history
and we're 26 yrs old
