how many weeks were you when you scheduled maternity and newborn shoots?
Dont know how far in advance they need to be scheduled.

I scheduled my newborn shoot pretty early around 8 weeks. But I was seeing the photographer for a shoot with DS and I told her then.

I was afraid of this.......... I am a week behind you and my DH just agreed to the expense. I hope I can find someone in the next few days.

I was 14 weeks...
It depends on the popularity of the photographer you want to hire. Some get booked REALLY quick...

Didn't do a maternity shoot...but I'm 35 weeks & I still haven't booked a newborn photographer. At this point, I don't even know if I'm going to find anyone.

I booked both shoots around 20 weeks.... it's unreal how quickly some of them book up!

I cobtacted photographers last week. I will be 20 weeks tomorrow.

I scheduled mine at around 20 weeks. I'm not taking them tho until 35 weeks. I'm a planner- LOL

I'm not doing a maternity shoot but I did book my newborn shoot around 17-18 weeks. Photographers book up quickly so I wanted to book as much in advance as possible.
