How do you make your cell phone to play a song instead of ringing when someone calls you?

We were talking about this yesterday at work.

Let's say you are calling someone's cell. Instead of hearing ring ring, you hear a song instead. How do you do that?

I have sprint and you can download a "call tone" which allows you to do that.

I have different rings for different people too.

select girlfriends get "Naughty Girls Need Love too"

and my Grandma and others get "Beautiful Girl" INXS (which both Grandma and lil sis love)

I have Verizon and it is called a ringback tone.

I love when I am calling a candidate to arrange a job interview and their phone plays something like "Booty Luvv" Amazing.
