No, it's easier for me to buy it at Wild by Nature.

Homemade Elderberry syrup

No. I just buy the Honey Garden elderberry syrup. I get it at Whole Foods. I addition to the elderberry it contains raw honey , apple cider vinegar and echinacea. It absolutely works !

Is this something you take daily or only if you are not feeling well/feel something coming on?

I only take it when I feel something coming on. Too expensive to take it daily, otherwise I would.

Homemade Elderberry syrup

I do two teaspoons daily and up to 4 teaspoons a day when sick. It works wonders.

Exactly, thats why I was interested in making it myself. It must be cheaper that way and my family and I would have it every day.

Sweet. I don't take liquid meds b/c of the taste and I can definitely take elderberry without problems.

. Yes, it definitely tastes good. I had a cold recently and I recovered much faster than normal when I took the elderberry in high quantities.

My friend who is a holistic nurse makes it. I buy bottles from her and it definitely works. She sells it for $7 a bottle I keep telling her to raise the price. How much is it in the store?
