Do you mean if you are the rental property owner? We use All State.
If you are the renter I can't help you.

I've used them for renters insurance while I was in an apt
I still use them for liability for the property we own but don't live in, technically rented to others (but zero rent). Since my hubby's name is still on it we'd like to protect ourselves
I've had Amica for over 12yrs now. Rental, Auto and now Home as well.
