Hey ladies...question for you...
I have been on bc for 8 years. Last cycle i took myself off of it. I was diagnosed with double pnumonia (not too bad in my right lung but serious in my left) and i couldnt handle the thought of extra medication with all of the meds i was on. The first day of my last period was december 27th. Based on my typical cycle i should not be getting AF until the 24th. Tonight i noticed i have a tiny amount of reddish blood (sorry if it's tmi). Any ideas? I dont have cramps or anything remotely close to them. I am tired though...i just woke up from a 2 hour nap but i dont know if thats from the pnumonia lingering. Any ideas would be great.

I'm not really sure what kind of answer you're looking for...
Is it full flow like AF? Or just spotting? It could just be spotting from ovulation.

I had pneumonia when I was 18 and being that sick could possibly throw you off.
As the PP said, do you want to know if your bleeding is AF or if your sleeping has something to do with it.
Because I can definitely tell you the sleepiness is your body recovering.

hey i dont know what im looking for either lol and thank you for the welcome. I dont know if we're ttc right now but we're not not ttc lol. Kind of letting nature take its course. Im not sure if i o'd already only because over the weekend i had sore boobs and was hot to the point i had to put the fan on everynight (night sweats). Its not a heavy flow at all...just a light spotting.

Okay - well I think it's really too early to tell anything at this point.
Have you been BDing?
It's possible that your body is just adjusting to being off the pill... if your AF ends up being over 1-2 weeks late, I'd take a pregnancy test and/or call your ob/gyn just to be safe.

yes  dh and i were off for nearly 2 weeks together and since i was sick, there wasnt much else to do

Thank you Antibiotics are done and i'm feeling better...i was surprised that the spotting was gone by thismorning. I mean it was really light but we shall see. The night sweats were gone last night too. Maybe i was just Oing
