thre have been a gazillion houses priced under 400K for a while now..
the market is flooded..
But that doesn't mean the houses are all that great...
Market is still bleh at best..
but the fact that the interest rates are coming down is a NICE plus

I think you will see the market softer soon. Some of the homes that were over $400 could come down under.
