Help!!! LOST fans (season 2 only - so no "real" spoilers unless you haven't seen season 2 yet...)
OK - DH and I decided to see what the hype was with Lost, and we rented season 1 at Blockbuster. Well, that did it, and we became total crackheads, and saw every episode, as well as Season 2.
PLEEEAAAASSSEEEE do not share any spoilers from Season 3!!!!!! Not even "Oh, you'll find out in season 3.."
2 questions:
Do you find out in either season why Locke was in a wheelchair? The DVD's skipped at times and I want to make sure we didn't miss something.
Was that Libby who gave Desmond her boat "Elizabeth"? I told DH it has to be - it looks just like her, but her har was so different.
Also - what's up with her husband being named "Dave"?????

Im pretty sure it is. I cant really remember if/how they brought the story line together but i remember it was her.
Yes we find out how Locke loses the wheelchair but im not sure when so i don't want to spoil it.

I just looked it up and it said you find out why Locke was in a wheelchair in Episode 3.13 titled "The Man from Tallahasse" which I am assuming is season 3, episode 13
That was Libby who gave Desmond the boat.

mmmm, I think you may be on to something..I didn't even catch that one and I am seriously addicted to this show!

David: Another Lost viewer pointed out that the name David continues to show up in connection with Hurley. Hurley's father is named David Reyes, his imaginary friend was named Dave, and Libby's husband was named David. Libby's husband had named his sailboat after her, a boat that ended upon the island with Desmond.

Yes it is intentional but then again everything is intentional in this show and everyone is connected one way or another. The things that Su*ks is that sometimes these connections aren't clear till the following seasons  when you catch up, I have an awesome website for you that shows all the connections.
