HEARTBURN Question...Quick Please!!!
Tums are not helping today for some reason, am i allowed to take pepto bismol??? A quick answer would be much appreciated as I am dying ty

I have taken Mylanta, but have not taken Pepto---so Im not positive, but I would *think* it would be ok....do you have any Mylanta?

My dr said mylanta and zantac is fine. Tums of course also but I know sometimes it doesnt work for me either. Hope you feel better soon

No pepto is not safe for pregnant women at all. I would go get yourself some tums or maalox hon, or try eating a dry cracker or something to absorb the acid and maybe a glass of water.

No prob! Anytime! I know how painful and uncomfortable it can be, I get it so bad at times.

Mine was sooooo bad with my DS, I finally found an at home recipe that worked..baking soda in warm water. Was disgusting but worked FAST.

My dr said anything BUT Pepto. So, NOT PEPTO. You can take Mylanta, Tums, Rolaids, and/or Maalox. And, in the 3rd trimester you can take Pepcid.
