heart rate during exercise
does anyone use a monitor when they are exercising? I never really thought about it, but i'm starting to realize my heart rate is definitely going over 140 a minute whenever i work out...

the machines I use at the gym have the heart rate monitors on them. When I was running on the treadmill I saw my heartrate was 150-160 which is very high. I can feel that my heart beats much faster now with pregnancy. My dr. told me no exercise that would put my heartrate over 120, so now I'm doing the bike and power walking. I miss running but I know I can't do it.
